Elegant and timeless
Our apartment complex is seamlessly integrated into the hill overlooking Schenna / Scena. It boasts an elegant, timeless architectural design. A superb example of “open living,” with harmonious architectural components and shapes. The architects Höller & Klotzner devoted a great deal of passion and patience to this building project. And their hard work and diligence certainly paid off! Careful planning, technical competence, attention to detail, a sense of proportion, tasteful styles, but with a real down-to-earth character. A unique creation that stands like a jewel in the landscape.
Larch wood was employed to underscore the close connection to Nature and boost comfort. We attach importance to sustainability. That’s our private attitude, and it’s also beautifully embodied by our vacation apartments.
